You can now make the most beautiful Easter Eggs in just 7 easy steps
You will need:
- 400 – 500g of chocolate
- Easter egg mould
How to make your Easter Eggs
1 Break the chocolate in smaller pieces to make melting easier and quicker.
2 Melt the chocolate in a bowl placed over a pan of hot water until melted.
3 Use a ladle to scoop chocolate into 1 side of the mold. Tilt and twirl around until the entire mold is covered. While this side cools, do the same with the other side of your Easter Egg mold. Remember to wipe the edges before the chocolate sets.
4 Repeat the process with both sides of the mold. The chocolate should be thick enough after 4 layers.
5 Put the halves in your fridge for about 40 minutes.
6 Take the halves out and pop them out of the molds.
7 Use a small brush or teaspoon to glue the two halves together. Put the whole egg back in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Your egg is finished!
